Go on a life-changing journey to develop agency and reclaim your time and attention. This is your chance to change your social media habits without shame, rehab, or judgement.

We’ve distilled the most essential practices and education so that with minimal time investment you can make changes and start living the life you mean to be living.

It’s not an easy journey, but our 600+ participants can attest to our methods’ efficacy and positive impact.

What You’ll Get.

8 One-Hour Group Meetings

You’ll get eight 60-minute online meetings over the span of eight weeks that include (1) neuroscience-based education taught live by Annie, and (2) the time, space, and accountability to implement practices in real time.

6 Hours of Guided Introspection

Each week, we will offer 45 mins outside of meetings for you to thoughtfully reflect on and integrate the meeting material. This time is guided with curated questions and peer-reviewed psychological surveys.

Personalized Behavior Change Recommendations

With considerate review of your private reflections, our team will provide personalized recommendations for goals, habits, and best practices for you.

These recommendations are drawn from the experiences of over 600 people who have successfully decreased their media addiction with our program.

Community Peer Support

When you enroll, you don’t have to do it alone. The built-in community and peer support in PRISM provides the accountability and compassion you need to succeed.

Our Guaruntee

If your Social Media Addiction does not decrease after eight weeks, we will work with you until it does…
and until your overall relationship with technology improves.

If you’re ready to commit to:

  1. yourself.

  2. being open to trying new things.

  3. an attitude of self-compassion, because behavior change is hard.

  4. believing that little everyday changes yield big results.

  5. implementing small and simple practices, even when they’re challenging.

Your Commitments Matter.
