Hi! I’m Annie Margaret.
I’m a human enthusiast, educator, millennial (for better or worse), attention activist, and dog mom... among other things.
I’m a listener, too. My work on the challenges related to social technologies has brought me to conversations with teachers, CEOs, youth, and many people who continue to ask me the same question:
What do we do about it?
So, I asked the deeper questions. Questions like:
How does media overwhelm impact individual wellbeing?
How do an individual’s media consumption habits affect their interpersonal communication styles?
Their workplace dynamics?
I learned more, researched more, talked to more people, and came up with a process of creating individualized solutions — a process I’d be thrilled to share with you in efforts to build stronger collective wellbeing in the workplace and beyond.

[Annie] gave me a boost of confidence that this was possible and that it is okay to struggle with making major habit changes. [She] made me feel like it was possible to overcome these struggles and that the solutions were attainable.

While working with Annie, she gave me guidelines for the project that allowed me to create a timeline. Annie also shared a strategy of time blocking and setting a timer for an amount that is bearable, especially when dealing with work tasks that feel overwhelming. [She] made me feel like, suddenly, my whole to-do list was possible. While observing myself implementing these strategies, I started to view my projects and tasks in a more organized, methodical way, instead of a stressful and chaotic way.

I think many people struggle to navigate the vast amount of information available on improving well-being. By offering curated resources, Annie made me feel supported and more confident in my journey, (also saving a lot of time). Plus creating a 4-6 week plan established accountability. Regular check-ins and support sessions made me feel motivated and on track with goals.
